The Auxiliary was formed for the purposes of promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps, the Marine Corps League, Inc. and to protect and advance the welfare of Marines and their dependents, Auxiliary members participate in a wide variety of programs that benefit and preserve the fundamental rights and freedoms of every person of this Nation, young and old.
The Foundation was established in 1989 to raise and collect funds for the charitable and educational activities of the Marine Corps League and to distribute those funds diligently within the mandates of a non-profit 501 (c)(3) agency as designated by the Internal Revenue Service.
