Once in a lifetime opportunity!  The 250th Marine Corps Birthday Ball, hosted by the Marine Corps League, LCpl Jacob D. Hayes Detachment #1426 will be on November 22nd. This will be a celebration you will not want to miss. We returning  to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort for an unforgettable evening of military tradition, history, and ceremony. We are looking forward to making the 250th Marine Corps Ball a special celebration for all of our guests.

The Omni PGA Frisco Resort not only serves as an exquisite venue for our black-tie celebration but also offers us the opportunity to expand and share this remarkable event with a broader community.

​

We are currently in serious discussions with multiple nursing homes and assisted living facilities to extend the unique experience of the Marine Corps Birthday Ball to their residents. This vision includes creating an evening for their residents filled with dinner, cake, and other festivities, including a live stream of the Birthday Ball ceremonies, providing an enriching experience to those who are unable attend in person. Your support of this year's Marine Corps Birthday Ball will not only help transform this vision into a reality, but ensure you are a part of the experience.

The Marine Corps Birthday Ball: A Celebration with Purpose

 

More than just a gala, the Marine Corps Birthday Ball is a meaningful event that transcends celebration; it is a fundraiser with a mission. Your sponsorship will play a crucial role in supporting

1.   Veterans and Their Families:  Offering vital assistance in times of need, fostering a sense of community, and providing over $25,000 in financial aid in recent years.

​

2.   Scholarship Program:  Empowering the next generation by awarding over $29,000 in scholarships to veterans, their children, and Junior ROTC cadets.

​

3. Toys For Tots:  Spreading joy during the holiday season by collecting and distributing approximately 50,000 toys to less fortunate children in our area each season.

​

4.   Veteran Initiatives:  Actively supporting various veteran initiatives, with over $27,000 in donations to programs and organizations such as the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument, Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas, Fallen Warriors Portrait Project, Save The Brave, Woody Williams Foundation, Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, One Tribe Foundation's W.A.T.C.H. program, and many more.

The cake-cutting ceremony is one of the highlights of the Marine Corps Birthday Ball. It is steep in tradition and a part of all Marine Corps Birthday celebrations. We have had some amazing cakes designed for our Birthday. Every year we seek to out do the last. The cake is displayed during the reception and your organization will be recognized as the sponsor of this highlight.   • Can also mail sponsorship registration form & check to: Marine Corps League #1426,  P.O. Box 3478 McKinney, TX 75070.

  • Included in all promotion/Collin County Marine Corps League material/events through March 2026 unless stated longer.

  • Register before March 15th and be added to all promotion from 2nd quarter forward

  • Register before June 15th and be added to all promotion starting in 3rd quarter

  • Register before Sep. 15th and be added to all promotion starting in 4ht quarter

  • Submit Logo, Website, social media links, for promotional material as soon as possible. Deadline for material Friday, Oct. 31st, 2025.

  • Submit logo in high resolution format, preferably with transparent background, to: Admin@CollinMCL.org

  • All funds must be received by the Marine Corps League no later than Friday, Nov. 14th 2025
